It is with great sadness we announce that Margaret Butler is retiring as The Royal British Legion Nettlebed and District Poppy Appeal Organiser.
The RBL are therefore seeking a suitable candidate(s) to take over this very important voluntary role.
If you believe in the aims values of the RBL and wish to support our Armed Forces community and their families, willing to coordinate the local collectors and raise funds for the Poppy Appeal at Remembrance time and throughout the year, then please get in touch. Please speak to me or Margaret and/or email me on davidjchallis@aol.com. Interested parties will need to be willing to provide two independent referees and go through an application and interview process with the County Poppy Appeal Organisers.
