Pilates in the Village Hall at Russells Water
There are a few places available in this relaxed and friendly class every Monday evening 6.45pm – 7.45pm with instructor, Kirsten Cowan. No previous experience necessary!
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. It is a non-aerobic exercise, with slow controlled movements, making it suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness.
Kirsten would also like to start a daytime class on a Wednesday morning in the hall in November. Please contact her if you would be interested in joining this class.
