Are you interested in becoming a Parish Councillor? The best way to find out what it’s like to be a parish councillor is to talk to someone who’s doing it now. Come along to a parish council meeting, speak to one of the councillors and find out what they think of the job. South Oxfordshire Local Plan – Consultation

The South Oxfordshire Local Plan has now been published. Councillors and the local community are encouraged to take place in the consultation process. The Plan will be considered at the following meetings: Scrutiny - 13 Dec, 6.30pm start Fountain Conference Centre, Howbery Park, Crowmarsh Gifford Cabinet - 18 Dec, 6.00pm start Didcot Civic Hall, Britwell Road, Didcot, OX11 7JN Council - 20 Dec, 6pm Fountain Conference Centre, Howbery Park, Crowmarsh Gifford If it is agreed by Council to proceed to consultation, there will be a Town and Parish Council briefing on 3 Jan. Consultation formally commences on 7 Jan, until 18 Feb.
