The School Aged Immunisation Service
The School Aged Immunisation Service offer the following vaccines to eligible school aged children aged 5 to 16:
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)TetanusDiphtheria and Polio (TDP)Meningitis (ACWY)Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)Flu (seasonal)
If your child is educated at home:
They can attend a local Community Based ClinicPlease contact us (details below) to book into a clinic and to provide consent
If your child is in school:
They will be offered their vaccinations at SchoolThe School will contact you directly with details

The Village Club AGM – 19th April 8 pm.
The Village Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting this Wednesday, 19th April - where a new Club Committee and Treasurer/Secretary will be elected. We will also outline how the last 12 months have been and what the next year holds for the Club. This year ahead will see some significant changes for the Club and its future within the Community.
The meeting is open to members of the Club only, and we encourage all to come along.

Wildflower plug planting – Saturday 15th April
The weather is looking good for wildflower plug planting this Saturday. Everyone welcome! There are hundreds to plant, so the more the merrier - even if you just come for an hour!
Bring a dibber or other suitable tool if you have something appropriate, and perhaps something to kneel on....and wear suitable clothing and footwear. High viz vests will be provided.
Meeting at 10.30am in front of the play area on Watlington Street.

Shopping Bus Timetable – 2023
This service is for people with a senior citizens bus pass and who do not have the use of a car. It picks you up from your door and drops you back to your door. The service is free - booking is essential.
The bus stops at Waitrose and Tesco in Henley. One week is a Thursday Comet Bus, the following weeks it's a Tuesday Henley Handybus.
Tuesday: first pick up 9.30am, Nettlebed

Local Council Elections – 4 April – deadline for receipt of Nominations
If you are considering becoming a member of the Nettlebed Parish Council, nomination forms must be submitted by hand to Abingdon by the 4th April at 4pm.
Do give me a call/email if you need a form printed, or would like to discuss. If you have some spare time and would like to make the village an even better place to live, please do think about joining - you can really make a difference!

Which forms of ID can I use to vote?
You may already have a form of photo ID that is acceptable. You can use any of the following:
• Passport
• Driving licence (including provisional license)
• Blue badge
• Certain concessionary travel cards
• Identity card with PASS mark (Proof of Age Standards Scheme)
• Biometric Immigration document
• Defence identity card
• Certain national identity cards
