PLATINUM JUBILEE JUNE 2022
The nation is being asked to participate in a national lightning of The Beacon on Thursday 2nd June. This will be held at The Cheese Shed. More details to follow soon.
The nation is also being asked to hold The Big Jubilee Lunch to bring the community together. This will be at the Rec from 12:30pm on Sunday 5th June
It’s a bring your own picnic but if you don’t fancy that there will be food stalls for you to purchase food from. Options will include The White Hart BBQ, Stone Baked Pizzas, Crepes & Prosecco, the Cricket Bar, teas and coffees.
There will be vegan and gluten free options from the pizza van.
There will be a prize for the best decorated table. Red, White and Blue theme.
Bertie slippers will be there to entertain the kids and the adults as well as a local band.
More details will follow soon once they have been finalised and an official poster will be out once we have everything confirmed.
