Free pilates reformer taster sessions

If you have ever wanted to try out Group Reformer classes which are becoming so popular within the fitness industry, we have two offers available to give you the opportunity of giving it a try. More details on the class below. At Studio One, we welcome clients of all ages, fitness levels, abilities and we especially love it when we introduce someone to exercise who has shied away from joining a class for one reason or another. We look after all our newbies to the Studio and give you a warm welcome, so you will be in good hands. We have two NEW Beginner Workshops available and they are absolutely free. Sue Ryder “It’s a Knockout”

Please come and join us for the Sue Ryder It's a Knockout Team Challenge on Sunday 20th May for what promises to be a fun day out for all the family. A few places are still available for adult teams and for those aged 6-13.   The event is taking place to raise funds for this great charity in the grounds of Joyce Grove from 10am-6.30pm. Adult sessions run from 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-4.30pm and will be as much fun for spectators as those taking part! The day promises to be lots of fun with local food stalls, gourmet coffee and a bar. Other activities include bouncy caste, face painter (afternoon only) and sports massage. A raffle will also be taking place. Entry is free for spectators.   A kids session will also take place in the lunchtime break, at 12.45pm. Dementia Open Day at Sonning Common

Sonning Common Health Centre’s Dr Sue Ronay, PPG members Rika Adams and Sue Litchfield are planning an open day for anyone who wants to know more about Dementia and Alzheimer's at Sonning Common Village Hall on Friday 13th July from 10 am till 4 pm. It is free for everyone - there is no need to be registered with SCHC. We have arranged for over 20 organisations to attend.
